Getting a foot scrub down from my lovely wife. Pumice stone and all. Yes, the towel was shaken outside. Going in for surgery tomorrow to get the external fixators removed. I will be put into a splint for 1 week, and then back into a fiberglass cast. How long I’m in the cast for depends on x-rays. It will hopefully be between 4-6 weeks before going into a boot brace. As for the right foot, if I had a working left leg, I would start to be able to bear 25% weight in two weeks. However, b/c I can’t use my left foot, the weight bearing on the right will most likely not come for another month or so. Tomorrow shall bring more precise news, I hope.
